  Brief Specification Description:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through public procurement to undertake the construction and management services for the Shanghai Dishui Lake Xingfu River Lake construction project. Construction site: This project is located in the core area of Dishui Lake, mainly covering Dishui Lake and Lianhe Shehe River.
  The main construction contents include: repair and renovation of inland water diversion and drainage gates, restoration of river and lake topography and ecological transformation of shorelines, renovation of river discharge outlets, improvement of river and lake control capabilities, and construction of smart supervision facilities. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)

  二、申請人的資格要求

  2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

  (a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規定；

  (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People"s Republic of China";

  (b)落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實預留份額措施，提高中小企業在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業政策：本項目（■是□不是）專門面向中小企業采購，評審時中小企業產品均不執行價格折扣優惠。（2）扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業。
