The MTENTU Bridge project in South Africa has a total length of 1.13 kilometers and adopts a multi-span concrete box girder structure. The span layout of the bridge is 53.7+5×66+150+260+150+2×66+53.7 meters. The project contract amount is 230 million US dollars, and the construction period is 54 months, including a 4-month mobilization period.

The current project requires the purchase of a batch of slope protection materials. Due to the relatively single sales range of slope protection materials from local suppliers and the scattered distribution of suppliers, each supplier can only provide part of the materials. To save transportation and communication costs and facilitate the coordinated transportation and management of materials, single-source procurement is adopted.
